Insurance Partners at Fundamentals of Reinsurance Conference

On March 23-24, 2006, at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Boston, three Steptoe partners are participating in the Fundamentals of Reinsurance Litigation & Arbitration Conference.

Richard Porter, head of Steptoe's Reinsurance group, is conference co-chair.

Antonia Ianniello will speak on key concepts, including reinsurance as an honorable engagement, the duty of utmost good faith, recision, and other fundamental principles.

John Jacobus  will discuss key phases of the arbitration process, including panel selection, ex parte communications, confidentiality, discovery, hearing and award.
