Philip Miscimarra will anchor the program with insights on what the presidential election means for the near-term future of labor law affecting day-to-day HR and LR operations.
In addition, we will provide participants with a detailed action plan for implementing Prop 206’s paid sick time requirements as well as our annual in-depth discussion of the year's most significant NLRB decisions and the practical impact of those decisions on day-to-day HR operations.
