Donald Meiers Explains Advanced SEC Reporting and Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance

Donald Meiers will be speaking at three upcoming EEI/PLI-sponsored seminars on how to enhance the quality and transparency of an SEC-reporting company's MD&A (management's discussion and analysis)—the core of every company's periodic reports.
