On December 7, 2006, from 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., the "Current & Emerging Environmental Law Issues" will feature experienced professionals providing up-to-date practical information on new issues: current issues in air quality and hazardous waste, water quality hot topics, and emerging trends in toxic tort cases.
- Guest speaker David Rothkopf, author of Running the World, will speak on US foreign policy and international business risk assessments,
- ADEQ Director Steve Owens will discuss ADEQ enforcement policy and 2007 initiatives during lunch,
- Jim Derouin will provide proven strategies for working with environmental agencies and adversary groups,
- Nicholas Wallwork will finish the program, discussing the WQARF program.
