Lucinda Low Co-Chairs, Moderates, Speaks; Erik Kitchen Moderates Panel at PLI FCPA: Coping with Heightened Enforcement Risks

On February 21, 2007, Lucinda Low will be co-chairing, moderating, and speaking at PLI's program, "The Foreign Corrupt Practices Act: Coping with Heightened Enforcement Risks." She is moderating the roundtable of hypothetical cases with enforcement officials and defense counsel, and speaking at the panel on the update of enforcement trends and their implications for US and foreign companies.

Erik Kitchen is moderating the panel on the nuts and bolts of conducting an FCPA internal investigation.
