Mark Silverman, Art Bailey, Steve Teplinsky at FBA's 31st Annual Tax Law Conference

On March 9, 2007, at the FBA's 31st Annual Tax Law Conference, three Steptoe tax attorneys will participate: Mark Silverman, Art Bailey, and Steve Teplinsky.

Mark Silverman will chair a panel on tax free spin-offs and participate on a panel on Coltec and Economic Substance.

Art Bailey will speak on a panel discussing the implementation of FIN 48 and its impact on IRS audits of public corporations.

Steve Teplinsky will participate on a panel on consolidated tax return issues.
