Doug Green Discusses Merger Policy at FERC Technical Conference

On March 8, 2007, Doug Green will speak to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) Commissioners during the FERC's March 8, 2007, Technical Conference on the Commission's Merger and Acquisition Review Standards under FPA Section 203.

He will discuss the factors that FERC uses in reviewing mergers and coordinating among the FERC, the Department of Justice Antitrust Division, the Federal Trade Commission, and the states.

This is the second technical conference being held as a follow-up to the Commission’s Orders No. 667 and No. 669.
