Eric Serron Discusses Impact of Pension Protection Act on Defined Contribution/Annuity Plans at Investments Institute

On April 23, 2007, Eric Serron is speaking at the Investments Institute on the "Updated Look at Defined Contribution (Annuity Plans)."  He will discuss amendments to ERISA in the Pension Protection Act of 2006 that affect the duties and potential liabilities of fiduciaries of defined contribution plans, including amendments dealing with automatic enrollment, default investment options, investment advice, investment mapping and blackout periods.
