Lucinda Low to Speak at International Litigation and Fraud Conference

Lucinda Low will speak at a conference dealing with International Litigation and Fraud on June 27, 2007, at the Cafe Royal in London. Topics to be discussed include the latest developments in freezing orders and UK delivery proceedings, and cross-border regulatory cooperation and document disclosure. She will be speaking on "The long arm jurisdiction of the US courts", which deals with the applicability of the FCPA to non-US persons and the risk of parallel prosecutions in light of new laws, and increased enforcement worldwide.
