Eric Serron to Speak at the Law Conference for Health Plans, Insurers and Providers

Eric Serron will speak at the  Law Conference for Health Plans, Insurers and Providers on May 10, 2007. His presentation is titled "ERISA Preemption and Remedies: Where are the Courts Heading?" The conference is sponsored by America's Health Insurance Plans and the American Health Lawyers Association, and the topics will include fraud, electronic health records, antitrust issues and legal ethics.
