Frank Burke to Speak in London

On November 11, 2005, Frank Burke is speaking at the First Annual E-Disclosure Forum in London. He is featured on two panels:

• "Current Trends and the Judicial View," discussing current trends in the United States and United Kingdom as they relate to electronic evidence; and
• "Spoliation and Sanctions: The Real Threat," discussing how, in the United States, dealing with electronic discovery has resulted in a sea change in how discovery is conducted. The proliferation of electronic data, coupled with failure to act in a timely manner, has resulted in a growing number of significant sanctions. These sanctions range from monetary to outright dismissal. Speakers discuss how to preserve data, negotiate with the opposition, and if necessary enlist the aid of the court.
