Steptoe Hosts ISPA Legal Forum on Next Generation Access

Steptoe's London office hosted ISPA's third Legal Forum of the year, titled 'Next Generation Access - What, How, Why, When?', on June 27, 2007. The event was attended by a variety of stakeholders and looked at a number of different issues around NGA.

Delegates heard presentations from Chinyelu Onwurah from Ofcom, Maury Shenk from Steptoe & Johnson, Lorraine Flawn from BT and Gavin Young from Cable & Wireless. A debate, chaired by ISPA Legal Forum Chair Clive Gringas, followed the presentations and preceded further discussion at the reception.
