“A Sub-Primer;” Panel Presentation at the Association of Corporate Counsel annual meeting

At the Inaugural International Journal of Disclosure and Governance Conference entitled "SOX's Fifth Birthday: A No Holds Barred Debate on the Good, the Bad and the Unresolved," one of Steptoe’s securities lawyers, Jeffrey McFadden, will be a participant on several of the panel discussions with, among others, former SEC Chief Accountant Lynn Turner, and Paul Sharman, President and CEO of the Institute of Management Accountants. The conference will be themed around four important issues:

- Has SOX Improved Financial Statement Reliability?
