The Financial Times hosted The Foreign Corrupt Practices Act Demystified Conference. Matt Herrington from Steptoe & Johnson LLP participated in a panel discussion in the morning and discussed how companies can ensure FCPA compliance and provide case studies. Voluntary disclosures and FCPA due diligence were also addressed.
