Paul Ondrasik, Jr., Eric Serron to Speak at 20th Annual ERISA Litigation Conference in New York, Los Angeles

Paul Ondrasik, Jr. and Eric Serron will present at the 20th Annual ERISA  Litigation Conference in both the Los Angeles and New York locations. They will present on October 11th and 25th, respectively. Paul's presentations are titled ""Misrepresentation and other Claims for Benefits", "Fiduciary Litigation", and "Preemption and Managed Care Litigation", and will address issues such as miscommunication and non-disclosure, claims for breach and fiduciary duty, ERISA remedies and preemption of state law. Paul is also a co-chair of the conference.

Eric will present "Layoffs, Shutdowns and Benefit Cutbacks" and "401(k) Fee Cases", which will address issues including retiree health benefits, Section 510 discrimination, and cases challenging allegedly excessive fees paid to 401(k) plan service providers.
