Eric Serron to Speak on Panel at Annual Meeting of Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association

Eric Serron will be on a panel at this Annual Meeting of the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association on Wednesday, November 7, from 2:00 to 4:00 pm.  The session is entitled "Retirement & Savings Forum: The Future of Fee Disclosures."  It will address current litigation, regulatory initiatives and proposed legislation dealing with disclosure of fees paid to 401(k) plan service providers.
