Eric Serron, Paul Ondrasik to Speak at 20th Annual ERISA Litigation Conference
February 14, 2008Eric Serron and Paul Ondrasik will be speaking at the 20th Annual ERISA Litigation Conference on February 14th and 15th. The conference will address issues such as employer stock investments in 401(k) and ESOP plans, remedies in LaRue v. DeWolff , the standards of review applied by a court in reviewing benefit determinations, preemption cases, and other relevant issues.
