Jim Rocap Speaks at PLI Seminar in New York on Insurance Coverage

Jim Rocap spoke at a PLI Seminar in New York on insurance issues. The presentation was titled, "Relationship between Primary and Excess Coverage" and took place on April 28th and 29th, and dealt with the rights and obligations of primary and excess insurers toward one another, and responses to settlement proposals.
