Don Meiers to Speak at Practising Law Institute in Chicago, New York

Don Meiers will make two presentations at two seminars hosted by the Practising Law Institute and EEI in Chicago and New York. The presentations are titled "Addressing Corporate Governance Problems Before they Occur: A Critical Look at Post-SOX U.S. Corporate Governance 'Best Practices'" and "Shall We MD&A?: An Overview of the Basic Steps of MD&A Preparation and Tips to Enhance the Quality and Transparency of MD&A Disclosure" and will take place on May 15-16, and June 25-26, respectively.
