Harold Fox Speaks at PAT Conference
June 27, 2005Harold Fox is speaking at the Process Analytical Technologies for Biologics Conference on June 27-28, 2005, at the Sheraton Premiere at Tysons Corner in Vienna, Virginia.
His presentation, “Identifying Intellectual Property Issues Related to Novel Applications for PAT,” discusses one of the motivating factors behind the Process Analytical Technologies (PAT) initiative, which is to stimulate and encourage innovation, which will in turn create new ideas and intellectual property. He will address developments arising at the interface of the initiative and patent law, including recent changes in the law to promote collaborative research.
