Sue Esserman will address the members of a US Chamber of Commerce seminar on global investment in a presentation entitled, "Frameworks to Ensure Open Investment Regimes." She will discuss the future of bilateral investment agreements, especially with large emerging economies such as China and India, and the potential for a multilateral agreement on investment.
