Mark Silverman, Lisa Zarlenga and Aaron Nocjar to speak at "15th Annual Course of Study: Consolidated Tax Return Regulations" Course

Mark Silverman will chair the 15th Annual Course of Study: Consolidated Tax Return Regulations course on September 25-26, 2008 for the ABA Section of Taxation. The annual course is taught by current and former Treasury Department and IRS officials responsible for drafting the Consolidated Return Regulations.

Aaron Nocjar and Lisa Zarlenga are also on the faculty for the course speaking on "Consolidated Group Joint Ventures, Including One-Party Limited Liability Companies (LLCs)."
