Bobby Arash and Craig Simpson Present at Annual EU Chemical Regulations Conference

Between September 29 and October 1, 2008, Bobby Arash and Craig Simpson participated in the premier industry event regarding EU chemical regulation in Berlin, Germany.  Mr. Arash presented a substantive analysis of the EU's implementation of the Globally Harmonised System for Classification and Labelling (GHS) on REACH, entitled EU Implementation of GHS (CLP).  Mr. Simpson explored the burdens of REACH compliance on small and medium-sized entities (SMEs) and non-EU suppliers in his presentation, REACH: Implications for SMEs and Non-EU Suppliers.
