Ethics issues that he will address include the following:
- Should in-house lawyers be held responsible for the alleged fraudulent conduct of corporate executives?
- What constitutes criminal intent in the context of giving legal advice to your clients?
- Should you simply say no when your boss issues you a big bonus?
Recent, high-profile, big-publicity cases will be discussed, as well as emerging trends and analysis.
The presentation will run from 5:30-6:30 p.m., with a reception immediately following from 6:30-8:30 p.m.
