Nanotechnologies Resource Center

Our attorneys have extensive experience working on issues at the forefront of nanotechnology and patent law. Members of the patent group have deep technical experience and knowledge in fields that are involved in nanoscience, including chemistry, physics, materials science, mechanical engineering, and biology. For example, our group members have represented academic researchers and start-up companies to secure fundamental patent coverage in core technology areas:

• biological conjugates
• nanowires
• nanocomposites

Knowledge and experience in advising clients on patents issued at the interface between these technical areas allow our attorneys to provide strategic counsel to clients.
