Jon T. Neumann is a member of the Commercial Litigation and the Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith Practice Groups of Steptoe & Johnson LLP’s Litigation Department. His practice focuses on complex civil litigation in federal and state courts, including complex commercial litigation, banking and financial services litigation, insurance bad faith and coverage litigation, and general contract litigation.
Banking and Financial Services Litigation
Mr. Neumann litigates diverse financial services and banking disputes involving federal and state securities laws and the Uniform Commercial Code.
Complex Commercial Litigation
Mr. Neumann litigates diverse complex commercial disputes involving contract claims and business torts, as well as real estate, and environmental matters.
Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith Litigation
Mr. Neumann counsels insurers on coverage issues and represents insurers in declaratory judgment actions and civil litigation involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, bad faith, and punitive damage claims.
