Mark D. Newman is an associate in the Phoenix office of Steptoe & Johnson LLP and a member of the Litigation Department.  His practice focuses on representing management in labor relations and employment matters as well as representing individual and corporate clients involved in complex commercial disputes.

Commercial Litigation
In his commercial litigation practice, Mr. Newman represents individual and corporate clients in commercial disputes involving business torts, contract claims, and securities litigation and arbitration matters.

Employment and Labor Law
Mr. Newman advises and defends employers faced with claims of harassment and/or discrimination. Additionally, Mr. Newman represents management in all aspects of labor relations including union avoidance campaigns, representation hearings, and unfair labor practice proceedings.
