Aric Anderson is an associate in the Washington office of Steptoe & Johnson LLP, where he is a member of the Litigation and Regulatory & Industry Affairs Departments.
Mr. Anderson represents clients on a variety of matters involving regulatory laws, including the Federal Power Act and the Interstate Commerce Act. He practices before courts and administrative agencies, in federal and state fora.
Additionally, he is active in the firm’s appellate litigation practice, where he has worked on a number of complex appeals involving federal regulatory and other civil matters.
