Hillary Jarvis is an associate in the Washington office of Steptoe & Johnson LLP, where she is a member of the Litigation Department. Ms. Jarvis provides legal advice in a variety of matters related to insurance coverage disputes.
Ms. Jarvis' practice includes all aspects of insurance coverage, including drafting coverage opinions, providing coverage advice, and representing insurers in coverage litigation. She advises and counsels primary and excess insurance carriers in the context of construction defect coverage, asbestos coverage, environmental liability coverage, first-party property coverage, and technology-related claims coverage.
