Caroline Gaudet is a partner in the Washington office of Steptoe & Johnson LLP, where she is a member of the Corporate, Securities and Finance group.
Ms, Gaudet assists clients in forming limited liability entities, including joint ventures in a variety of industries, and in structuring and negotiating the dissolution of ventures or partnerships where significant disputes have arisen.
Ms. Gaudet also represents clients in the negotiation and drafting of contracts generally, but with a particular focus on energy, real estate, and transportation.
