Caroline Gaudet is a partner in the Washington office of Steptoe & Johnson LLP, where she is a member of the Corporate, Securities, and Finance practice group, the Regulatory & Industry Affairs Department, and the Property group.

Ms. Gaudet has substantial experience in a wide range of commercial transactions, including energy-related agreements, joint ventures, acquisitions, and sales and contract issues.
