Erica L. Gerson is an associate in the Washington office of Steptoe & Johnson LLP, where she is a member of the Litigation Department.
Ms. Gerson’s practice focuses on representing insurance companies in complex insurance coverage disputes in courts and before arbitration panels. Ms. Gerson has represented insurance companies in disputes over commercial general liability, environmental liability, directors and officers liability, and first-party property policies. In addition, Ms. Gerson also counsels carriers on coverage issues, bad faith claims, and other issues.
Ms. Gerson provides pro bono representation in adoption cases.
