Ms. Gosain’s practice encompasses a wide range of regulatory and commercial matters, including all types of proceedings before the Department of Transportation, the Federal Aviation Administration, and the Department of Homeland Security.

Ms. Gosain’s regulatory experience includes airline alliances, air political matters, codesharing and wet lease issues, exemption applications, charter operations, DOT enforcement proceedings, hazardous materials and other FAA enforcement proceedings, and CRS matters and rulemakings. She regularly advises clients with respect to compliance with various DOT, FAA, TSA, and CBP regulations.

She has also assisted clients with business law matters, including contract drafting/review, and labor and transportation tax issues.
