Lindsey Lang is an attorney in the Washington office of Steptoe & Johnson LLP, where she is a member of the firm’s Litigation Department. Ms. Lang’s focus is coordinating attorney’s fees under federal civil rights laws, such as Title VII, Title IX, and the American With Disabilities Act.
Ms. Lang has over 15 years of experience in civil litigation, including small and more complex cases against private and governmental adversaries. She now provides counsel to attorneys and clients outside Steptoe who are prevailing plaintiffs in civil rights cases and are filing fee petitions pursuant to the fee-shifting provisions of those statutes.
