Overview
Lindsey Lang focuses her practice on coordinating attorney’s fees under federal civil rights laws, such as Title VII, Title IX, and the Americans With Disabilities Act. Lindsey has more than 20 years of experience in civil litigation, including small and more complex cases against private and governmental adversaries. She now provides counsel to lawyers and clients outside Steptoe who are prevailing parties in civil rights, copyright infringement, or other cases with fee-shifting provisions. She assists in all aspects of fee litigation from initial review of the legal services rendered to the filing of the petition and subsequent litigation.
