Anja Lehmann is an attorney in the Washington office of Steptoe & Johnson LLP, where she is a member of the Corporate, Securities and Finance practice group. Her practice focuses primarily on corporate transactions.
Corporate Law
Ms. Lehmann has experience representing domestic and European clients in general corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures. She also counsels clients regarding issues involving the formation of different business entities and drafts various transactional and corporate documentation.
Before her legal career, Ms. Lehmann spent several years as a foreign service officer in the German Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
