Marc Levin is an associate in the Washington office of Steptoe & Johnson LLP, where he is a member of the Litigation Department.
White-Collar Criminal Defense
Mr. Levin's practice is primarily devoted to white-collar criminal defense matters, representing clients at virtually all stages of federal criminal and civil enforcement proceedings from investigations through trial. Most recently, Mr. Levin second-chaired a four-month criminal jury trial in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia involving allegations of conspiracy and securities fraud. Mr. Levin's client, a former executive of an internationally known media company, was acquitted of all charges.
Additional Experience
Mr. Levin also has experience in a broad range of employment matters, with a special focus on complex civil litigation involving ERISA breach of fiduciary duty claims.
