Ms. Juliana Mann is a non-attorney senior legal assistant in the Washington office of Steptoe & Johnson LLP. Ms. Mann has fifteen years experience as a legal assistant. Prior to joining Steptoe in February 1997, she worked on environmental regulatory affairs for one of the largest national environmental groups and on civil litigation matters for a Washington law firm.
Ms. Mann currently focuses on environmental regulatory matters, primarily federal and state pesticide regulation. She prepares pesticide registration packages and works with EPA on obtaining registrations for clients. She also confers with EPA and clients on regulatory compliance issues. She deals with various states, including California, on pesticide regulatory matters.
Ms. Mann also assists clients on international regulatory matters concerning the import and export of pesticides. She also works on matters which fall under FDA jurisdiction.
