Mary Martin is an associate in the Washington office of Steptoe & Johnson LLP, where she is a member of the Litigation Department. Ms. Martin’s practice focuses primarily on representing insurance companies in complex insurance coverage disputes. She has litigated issues involving a variety of coverage matters, including first-party property, commercial general liability, construction defect, and employee dishonesty. Ms. Martin also provides coverage advice to insurance companies for first-party liability and commercial general liability issues.
