Theresa A. Queen is an associate in the Washington office of Steptoe & Johnson LLP. She is a member of the Litigation Department, and concentrates her practice in the areas of toxic tort and product liability litigation.
Within the area of toxic tort, Ms. Queen has experience on complex cases and class actions throughout the United States alleging personal injury and property damage due to chemical exposure. The chemicals at issue have ranged from volatile organic materials and metals to polymers. The medical allegations have included cancer, neurological injury, birth defects, and fear of future injury. Ms. Queen also has experience with racial discrimination claims and defamation actions. Prior to joining the firm, she was an associate with another national law firm in Virginia.
