Catherine B. Ševcenko is an associate in the Washington office of Steptoe & Johnson LLP, where she is a member of the Litigation and Technology Departments. Ms. Ševcenko’s practice focuses primarily on appellate litigation.
Before joining Steptoe, Ms. Ševcenko clerked for Chief Judge Danny J. Boggs on the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and spent a year as a Fellow at the United States Supreme Court, where she briefed foreign dignitaries on the American judicial system. Before attending law school, Ms. Ms. Ševcenko was a foreign service officer; she had diplomatic postings in Budapest, Munich, and Moscow.
