Keith A. Sieverding is an associate in the Washington office of Steptoe & Johnson LLP, where he is a member of the Tax group. Mr. Sieverding’s practice focuses primarily on domestic and international federal income tax issues.
Prior to joining Steptoe, Mr. Sieverding practiced as a tax attorney for a Virginia law firm focusing on international tax issues; general tax issues relating to partnerships, limited liability companies and corporations; estate planning and trust formation; and tax controversy matters.
