C. Donald Stevens is an associate in the Washington office of Steptoe & Johnson LLP, where he is a member of the Intellectual Property group. Mr. Stevens’ practice focuses primarily on intellectual property litigation, patent preparation and prosecution, and intellectual property counseling.
Mr. Stevens’ experience includes litigation in the federal courts of patent matters related to the pharmaceutical, semiconductor, and communications fields. Mr. Stevens has also prosecuted patent applications and counseled clients in matters involving such diverse technologies as pharmaceuticals, medical devices, biotechnology, Internet and business methods, software, and semiconductors. He has been involved in interference proceedings and appeals before the Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences of the US Patent and Trademark Office, and with actions arising under Section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930 before the US International Trade Commission.
