Frank Winston, Jr. is a partner in the Washington office of Steptoe & Johnson LLP, where he is a member of the Litigation Department. He focuses his practice on complex litigation, with particular experience in insurance coverage litigation and counseling. Mr. Winston counsels and represents insurance carriers on a wide range of bad faith and coverage matters involving asbestos, bankruptcy, environmental liability, and specialty insurance contracts. He has successfully represented insurers in state and federal courts in over 25 different states.
Mr. Winston has written and spoken extensively on a wide range of coverage and litigation matters, including asbestos, bad faith, bankruptcy, technology-based litigation, and emerging coverage issues.
