Winston Zheng is an associate in the Washington office of Steptoe & Johnson LLP, where he is a member of the International Department.  Mr. Zheng's practice focuses primarily on international trade litigation and business transactions.

Mr. Zheng has assisted in representing clients in countervailing duty and antidumping duty proceedings before the US Department of Commerce and in appeals of international trade determinations before NAFTA and WTO dispute panels.  Mr. Zheng has experience with complex economic and statistical issues implicated in international trade proceedings, particularly in the context of the softwood lumber industry.

In his pro bono practice, Mr. Zheng has assisted in representing a client seeking political asylum before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service, and has worked with a non-profit organization in the area of international human trafficking.
