Matthew Farmer is a partner in the London office of Steptoe & Johnson and a member of the Property practice group and the Corporate, Securities and Finance practice group.  He primarily focuses his real estate practice on large-scale development projects. He advises on all aspects of these transactions from the initial structure of the deal, the acquisition, planning and Section 106 issues, construction, finance, letting and subsequent disposals.

Matthew also advises a number of large land owners, ranging from private landlords to engineering companies, as well as on property aspects of corporate transactions.
