Farzana Rao is a partner in the London office of Steptoe & Johnson, and a member of the Corporate, Securities and Finance practice group. She qualified at Clifford Chance in 1991 as a litigator, transferring to their corporate department in 1994.  From 1997 to 1998, she was seconded to British Energy plc, before joining Hammond Suddards.

Farzana specialises in all aspects of cross border and domestic corporate finance work including, acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, listings (both on the Stock Exchange and AIM), and secondary offerings.
