Elizabeth A. Call is an attorney in the Phoenix office of Steptoe & Johnson LLP, where she counsels and represents management in employment-related matters.  Ms. Call has substantial experience with counseling employers in employment-related matters with consideration for ongoing business demands having previously acted in an in-house capacity on-site for a Fortune 100 company.  Ms. Call assists employers with compliance with all aspects of employment laws.  She also represents management in the defense of lawsuits alleging violations of employment discrimination statutes, contracts, or various common-law employment rights.

OFCCP Practice
A significant component of Ms. Call’s practice focuses on representing employers that are subject to the jurisdiction of the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs in affirmative action matters.  Ms Call:

• Negotiates with the OFCCP on behalf of employers who wish to prepare functional affirmative action plans;
  
• Counsels employers in a broad range of industries on affirmative action compliance and strategies;
  
• Represents employers in compliance reviews and audits conducted by the OFCCP; and
  
• Prepares affirmative action plans and functional affirmative action plans.
