Mike Fox is an associate in the London office of Steptoe & Johnson, where he is a member of the Corporate, Securities and Finance practice group.

His main focus is on the acquisition and sale of private companies and businesses across a wide variety of industry sectors as well as acting for companies and individuals on commercial matters of all types. He also has experience in acting on AIM flotations and joint venture arrangements both domestically and internationally.

Mike graduated with a degree in Economics from Nottingham University before working for Price Waterhouse in their business advisory services section. He then converted to law and graduated from Nottingham Law School. Mike was admitted as a Solicitor in England and Wales in 2001 and joined the firm in 2005.
