Rose is an associate in the firm's London office, where she is a member of the International Dispute Resolution Group. Rose acts on a variety of general commercial litigation, arbitration and regulatory matters, for clients involved in the telecommunications, financing and retail industries. Her experience in litigation includes acting on large scale contractual disputes in the electricity, commercial property and marine construction industries and acting for local government in a number of building negligence disputes. She has recently been representing three global telecommunications suppliers in parallel LCIA arbitrations concerning rights to distribute technologically advanced telecommunications services in worldwide markets.
Rose is a dual qualified lawyer in England & Wales and in New Zealand. Prior to joining Steptoe, Rose spent three years post qualification practicing in the commercial litigation team of a leading New Zealand firm in Auckland.
