Jenny Grainger is an associate in the London office of Steptoe & Johnson, where she is a member of the Corporate, Securities and Finance practice group.
Jenny's experience includes the acquisition and sale of private companies and businesses across a variety of sectors. She also acts for companies and individuals on commercial matters of all types. Jenny trained with another London city firm and joined Steptoe in 2006.
